I use this bit to seal the cuticles during acrylic application and they’re perfect every time. Aggressive enough to file away enough acrylic to give a smooth rounded look around the cuticle. I also have used to remove polish from acrylic…works, but I would suggest a more aggressive bit.

My holy grail drill bit as a professional nail technician who works with acrylic daily. I use the fine bit when shaping and removing bulk from my acrylic sets, and it gets the job done wonderfully. Obviously the more you use bits like these, the sooner they wear and you have to replace them, but I’ve actually been able to use this but for several months, 4-5 days a week and it still works great. I don’t use it for soak offs, I prefer the coarse bit, but I believe this one can be used if necessary.

This is my favorite bit to use when removing the first couple of layers of my gel/builder gel nail sets. Make the process of removal super easy!

I was skeptical that there would be enough difference in quality to justify the price, considering this one bit costs more than my whole other set of a dozen efile bits. But after trying it I can certainly see and feel a difference vs the cheaper bits I’ve been using. Feels gentle on the cuticle area, and removes gel more effectively than my cheaper bits do. I think my removal process will go much faster now!

Great drill bit for my nail tool

This nail bit works really well, I’ve recently purchased a safety bit in the same brand to prevent cutting myself around the cuticle as this is very sharp and I’m just learning! It removes gel polish easily. I really like the quality of the pana brand.
