as many others commented these came damaged, meaning one of the buckets was partially crushed and crumpled. It affects capacity a tiny bit, but still functions just fine. It may take the cats a day or two to figure out how to trigger more cat food to come out, but they figure it out just fine. good value, if the manufacturer did just a little more as far as packaging reducing the typical shipping damage, or made the jugs of a slightly thicker material i would have given it a 5 stars. they feel a little flimsy but have served our 5 shop cats very well

I had to take the feeder away from the puppy. As long as the food kept dropping he kept eating. I didn't want him to overeat. I wish there was a control handle to open to feed then close when done.

Does the job. The water device is better than the food one. We had to rig a flexible belt around the top of the container because the lid won't stay on (if stays off the dry food looses freshness). Also, the food doesn't flow out. Our cats have to eat close to the spout. The plate only fills up if we tilt it for them. They needed a lot of encouragement to use the feeder. It seemed they thought that there wasn't enough food because so little comes out.

We really like this, but our cat who is an outside cat but comes in every day for just a bit, is a little confused, we bought for when we were going to go to Disney which we had to cancel because of the virus, she is starting to use the food feeder, but she has not figure out the water just but we are going to continue to keep it in our house anyway,

I was super happy when these arrived. I really thought they would simplify and tidy up the kitty area. I have mixed reviews.First off, I feed my 2 cats Purina One dry food, which I feel is pretty standard in kibble size. The hole for the food to fall from the hopper down into the reservoir dish is slightly too small so you have to jiggle/shake the hopper to get the dish to fill up, which entirely defeats the purpose of a refilling dish.One of my cats insists on dropping a piece or three of dry food into the water bowl, daily, regardless of how far apart I put the food and water dishes, so I opted to put the water one on the bathroom.I bought this set on October 20. Today is December 13th. I came into the bathroom today to find the previously full hopper entirely empty, my bathroom floor flooded with water, and broken/dislodged pieces in the bottom of dish.I'm not trying this again. That was a bitch to clean up. To say I'm not happy is an understatement.

First one we received had been damaged and missing parts. Contacted the company and they resolved the problem in a day by shipping replacements.Easy to set up, clean and use. We have 2 cats and left for a weekend trip and no problems at all. Cats were fed at their convenience and had the water access. Highly recommend the product and the company.
