Handy tool

Very nice to hold and use. I really like the spring mechanics that opens the jaws back up, it’s spring steel and can be adjusted by bending to make them open harder or easier, depending on the users desires. Another plus (at least for my needs) is they can open very WIDE which the last 2 pairs I had purchased from other vendors were limited and it hindered me in doing my job. My only fear is they aren’t heavy duty enough for my needs but I’m a locksmith, not a jeweler so it would be ideal for someone in the craft or jewelry business. I really don’t have any cons, except maybe some line tooling inside the jaws to grasp items with, but that might not be good for people buying them in jewelry or craft work.

I bought this to help with doing my leather work and it grabs the needle without any slippage to pull it through. Works well and doesn't cause my hand any pain to push the needle through.
