Very nice product. Purchased four and work perfectly for our HOA events board. Beats writing by hand. One box came damaged but only one marker was missing through tear in box

We use these sidewalk signs to represent our business. We rely on the letter message board in our sidewalk swinging sign to tell people what's on sale, etc. This message board only lasted 3 months. The runners that hold the letters in place came unglued after only two months use, so the letters slip right out the bottom of the runner, rendering it absolutely useless. We are very disappointed and have requested a new one or a refund but have not heard back from the seller.

Packaging was insufficient. Corner of box was crushed causing slight bending at corner of signboard. Since it didn’t impact ability to use and we needed the signboard immediately, I decided not to return.I put the sign out, and the next morning found that one of the strips holding the letters in place had fallen off! I used binder clips on the edges of the board to keep the strip in place. Of course, now I have none of the original packaging to return it, I’ve discarded the old signboard it replaced, and I NEED to have a signboard to use. So I will probably just keep it and try to repair. Disappointing…

Board arrived sooner than expected and was as described

Item arrived quickly and as shown and advertised. It fit our frame and having the added chalk board was a nice bonus. Board is good quality and same as original we had.
