Did not come with shoulder straps as described and pictured.

We bought to use while at Universal Studios. It fits their refillable cups perfectly and was easy to carry around while drinking and refilling the cups. My kids loved carrying them so they could have easy access to their drinks.

Super simple but if you’re going to Universal, Six Flags, etc this is the move. Many times I was thankful I grabbed these before 2 days of Universal it made my vacation more comfortable plain and simple.

I bought these for a friend who uses a walker and at times a wheelchair. It was a second order but different brand. I liked the versatility of the strap. Could use as a shoulder strap or the smaller strap could hang on the handle of the wheelchair.

perfect to carry my 22oz tumbler, either with the hand strap or the long adjustable strap that i can cross over my body, HOWEVER, after only a few days of use, the stitching on the handle has already unraveled!!
