Best Botanicals White Oak Bark Extract 1 oz.

This is a very clean product...processed well with no grit, just ground up bark. I believe it was heated a little to clean it well from any bacteria. And, it makes a good tasting tea...sort of nutty, very smooth flavor. I use about 1 heaping tablespoon for tea. I originally bought White Oak Bark because I read that it can reduce the size of and helps get rid of gallstones in the gall bladder and stones in the liver. Stones can get stuck in the billiary tubing in the liver and in different ducts. Most stones are surrounded with a gummy / mucous coating...that can "cause" them to get stuck. Our bodies are set up to lay down mucous on or around foriegn substances or parasites or debris that is not our DNA. Our bodies even puts a layer of mucous on the walls of our colons to handle undigested food as it moves through the colon to keep it out of the blood. Our blood needs digested, broken down food like amino acids and not hamburger particles. The same thing happens with mucous in our lungs and nasal passages. Mucous is a protective substance. But, sometimes it can clog us up badly.To prove to myself that the mucus could be shrunken to help move out the stones, I did 2 different liver / gall bladder cleanses that flush out stones. Flushing out stones can be a 6 week process. In between the 2 liver / gallbladder flushes, I did 1 week of a---different than the one here---store bought White Oak Bark tincture. I checked the size of the gummy substances that surrounds most stones. THE GUMMY / MUCOUS LAYER AROUND EACH STONE WAS ABOUT HALF AS THICK IN DIAMETER THAN THE FIRST FLUSHED STONES after just one week on the white oak bark tincture.Therefore, for me using a tincture or tea of white oak bark can be much quicker than doing a 6 week liver / gallbladder flush.
