Terrible
After a year and a half my product broke rendering it almost useless. The 4 year protection plan didn't cover my BROKEN product...even after calling I'm still unsure of why it isn't covered since no one can explain anything properly because it seems like they are reading off a paper. Will NOT be purchasing any protection plans in the future since it is useless anyway.

Unreliable insurance.
I bought the most recent update Germ Guardian back in October 2019 and bought the ASURION 4 Year Housewares Protection Plan for $100.00 to $124.99.Just moments ago learned this insurance plan was being applied to a bogus electric heated mattress pad which I have NEVER EVER purchased in my entire life.ASURION is unreliable.

Why protection plan?
From past experiences I have found it better to be safe rather than sorry. Whenever I purchase an electronic device, I also purchase an insurance plan for it. Asurion is a very reliable company to do business with. I shall continue to buy policies from this company whenever I purchase any housewares or electronics in the future.

Just a replacement plan but buy it for any appliances its worth it

Warranty to phone no. to virtual agent to messenger to phone number to agent. Waiting on parts.
I had to call HP and they referred me to virtual agent online who could not understand I had missing parts of power coed. Then waited until next day only to get another phone number. Wait time was long, verifying info was tedious. Now waiting on parts. Monitor would not power up with HDMI to HDMI connection so I am unsure if it will even power up. It is not plug and play I guess - never got an answer for this.

BEWARE - Asurian Protection Coverage: Very confusing
Cannot find what is covered in writing... did I just buy "air"? Does not appear to be tied to the product it was purchased for. You are paying to extend a warranty for an item that it does not identify in writing. How lame. Very confusing on the non-existing language. Says the coverage language will be included in an email. The only email I got was this invite for a review. Shame on you Amazon, don't have me do a review. Tell me how it works.PS: In this review, please rate the THICKNESS and the WARMTH. I found the THICKNESS to be the same as the "air" it was printed on. Same for the WARMTH, chilly reception.

Too Soon to Rate
We received the protection plan before we even got the product. The plan is via email, so then you print your own insurance or make a mental note or forget you had it if you need it.
