Great quality pen however it’s small

Lovely pen. I'm a big fan of Kaweco Sport pens and have several in plastic and aluminum. This one has a smooth finish that feels good to the touch and a nice weight, heavier than the aluminum and not as heavy as the brass (unsurprisingly). For anyone looking to hack the pen, I tried it with a cut-down Uniball Signo refill. It fits, but sometimes leaks and I haven't figured out why. Obviously this is not the fault of the pen, but my tinkering.

It's a really nice pen, feels good to write with, not too light but not too heavy. But for some reason it came in a sort of grey-purple color, which isn't terrible, just not what I was expecting.

Easy to carry in your pocket and has a smooth flow.

Love this pen! It is a nice weight, lovely satin gray aluminum finish. It writes smoothly and fits in my hand comfortably. It is a bit chunky but I like that. I already ordered pen refills so I don’t run out. I have purchased Kaweco fountain pens before but this is my first rollerball and my expectations have been exceeded! Thanks Amazon and Kaweco!

This was supposed to come with a nice tin case, as all Kaweco pens do. Ive bought two pens in the past and both came in nice tin cases. This one arrived just now in a plastic sleeve??? I cant return it because im going to give it as a gift and im leaving the country in two days! Raw deal!

Mine came with the tin box. Feels amazing and will buy again as a present.

Great looking and feeling in hand. The Kaweco gel roller type insert is always a great writer. Perfect for pocket carry. Major annoyance factor however is the fitment of the tip diameter to the insert. It's loose. The tip wanders inside the oversized hole when you write making for sloppy feedback. That said I still believe the pen worth owning. Just don't intend on writing the great Canadian novel w it or you'll pull your hair out.

I recently purchased a second hand version of the Kaweco Sport Skyline line. Shape and size are identical with the Kaweco AL Sport but the main difference lies in the weight and weight distribution when held.It feels extremely balanced when capped, lies neatly in my hand, and is smooth to the touch. The pen is surprisingly lighter than expected but still has a good weight when used.The writing experience couldn’t be more different between both pens, the main difference being the material.The pen has become my daily writing tool, follows me into meetings, and I can’t be happier with it.Best purchase decision.
