I made my cauliflower pizza "dough" using this cloth to strain out the water from the cauliflower. This recipe was tricky because if any moisture is left behind it will compromise the integrity of the crust. I have made my cauliflower pizza without this cloth, and it was not as firm as when I used this cloth to strain out all the liquid. It comes in a vacuum sealed bag, and it is sufficiently large enough to execute any recipe. Two cloths come in one order which is fabulous in case you lose one of them. The last picture I uploaded to demonstrate the sheerness of this product. I held up against a window with horizontally oriented blinds which you can see behind the cloth. It is absolutely perfect for straining! I look forward to making more cauliflower pizzas with this cloth!

I use these in the garden to strain my seed cultivation media to perfect hydration level. They work well, are reusable, and easy to clean. I highly recommend them.

I love this cheesecloth unlike no other, I have tried and used cheesecloths from other stores like grocery markets and Walmart which are extremely thin like hospital mesh gauze and are never wide eniough until I found this amazing cloth from Amazon....it is by far the best I've ever used and are very well made with a very strong muslin fine material, they are big and wide and you get x2 and are reusable which the others are not, excellent quality for making cheese and or any other home goods like yogurt or anything else that requires a cheesecloth. I would highly recommend these to anyone that is looking to having a long lasting straining cloth?

Worked as expected. Packaging easy to open. Would have liked information if reusable or one-time only usage. I used to make cream cheese and I did wash the one I used. Looks like I can reuse.

The product makes several claims, all of which I felt checked out!This comes in a vacuum sealed package. I love that for sanitation!Size is 20 x 20, and hemmed, as stated. Out of the package, it measured 19 x 18.5. I realized I needed to let it flatten first.I added 2 pictures of my oven to show both one layer and two. This is the transparency when held up to light.The last thing I wanted to mention is that the cloth is lint free, but it does have some black dots. I panicked, so I wanted to let others know this is a it’s because the cloth in unbleached.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDI chose to buy 2 of these cheesecloths 1) because of the very high reviews and 2) because the cloth had been hemmed. As per reviewer suggestions, I used dish soap to wash and then boiled the cloths as per the directions they come with. (They dry really quickly.)Then I used them to drain my grated potatoes.The cloths worked perfectly, cleaned up easily, and looked exactly as they had when I first washed them!

I am in love with home made yogurt, cheese, almond milk, and everything that you can do at home! I have been using another cheesecloth that I received as a gift but I wasn't quite happy since the sheerness of the cloth was not precise. But this one is just perfect! I tried making almond milk with the cloth and I am really happy with the result!! In addition to the milk, I have a jar full of almond flour that I extracted during the filtering process.Also, the cloths come in a vacuumed bag which is highly essential especially in times like these, when hygiene is not something that you can simply ignore! Well thought packaging!! Thank you!

Lo he utilizado en varios ocasiones y me parece de buena calidad.Recuerden que hay que ponerla a hervir antes de utilizarla.Como con cualquier producto, verifiquen las especificaciones para que sepan lo que están comprando y saber si es lo que necesitan, al parecer tienen diferentes medidas.

Son excelentes para hacer leche vegetal, así como su tamaño, calidad y funcionalidad. Se pueden usar además para hacer yogurt griego y queso casero. Lo recomiendo al 100 %
