Excellent product
Great product which has sorted me out in many aspects of training to keep me going and keep cramps at bay. Brilliant price and lasts for ages.

Excellent, tank up before running and you're good
Great, and tastes pretty good too. Better still with squeeze of lemon. I drink a couple of pints of this over the morning, and it keeps me going well on my afternoon run. OK, not THAT well, I'm 59 FFS. But well enough. Round it off after run with 3 pints of Guinness for recovery and you're sorted. I highly recommend!

So I know it’s electrolytes but tasted exceedingly salty
Was hopping for a more subtle, less salty taste but these were the overriding flavour profiles…

Clean electrolytes ideal for keto diet
Love the unflavoured electrolyte powder. Use to support a keto diet and add to a vinegar drink morning and night with sparkling water. Prevents cramps and because there's no added nasties it doesn't mess with your blood sugars. Always a great price too, win win

Great product
I have dysautonomia and wanted a calorie free electrolyte powder. This definitely does the job and helps keep my dizziness etc. under control.There is a salty taste but I actually quite like that.The powder dissolves well in water and is odourless.Definitely recommend.

Mixed feelings
The price is OK, however the powder only fill up the half bottle. Such a waste of size. They should have made the bottle smaller or put more powder in it.The ingredients are good. No additional junk, so it is healthy, however the taste is not good. Bit salty. Not surprised, it contains salt and our body needs it. It is a bit misleading to advertised this flavourless.If you mix this powder with something it can take away the bad taste. I have mixed it with water, lime and a little bit of Xylitol. Much better result.Do not buy any flavoured electrolyte powder because they contains not healthy ingredients.I still recommend this product, but it needs to be mixed with something. On its on, it is undrinkable.

Wouldn’t go without now
I got it when I started the Carnivore diet. It’s made a huge difference with the cramps and fatigue I was getting at first.I’m 80% carnivore now but even when I’m off it I’ll drink a glass with electrolytes first thing in the morning. It keeps me hydrated and I can feel the difference throughout the dayIt’s also been a life saver when I got sick and dehydrated while on holidays abroad.For the price there is a huge quantity, I’m still on my first one but will reorder when I run outThe taste is ok, quite saltier than I expected (this is my first electrolytes) but I like that there is no artificial stuff in it. Highly recommend
