LOVE LOVE LOVE these. Used to purchase a more expensive brand but could no longer affort. Happened on these when Sam's Club carried them for a short time. So glad to find them aat Amazon. My day is so much more productive with them and I can't believe how it has helped my focus; that was a real surprise. Sometimes I take one, 1-1/2 or 2 a day, depending upon how I feel. I am 66 and have high blood pressure and these had no adverse affect for me (not saying it won't for others, but I was so pleased with that).

Give me energy.

This stuff works. I don't recommend taking it late in the afternoon, unless you want to be up all night. I take it with lunch and it gives me just the right amount of energy to stay busy into the evening but still be able to go to sleep at a reasonable hour.

My expectations have been exited by this product. It gives me energy and clarity to be able to function during the day. Do not take it on a empty stomach.

does seem to give an added boost sustained through early afternoon... verified to myself on occasion when I do not take and catch myself feeling tired

This ended up replacing my morning coffee to wake me up and get me going. It gives me a lot of good energy all day long without crashing.
