Kicker 46KISLOC2 K-Series Stereo Line-Output Converter w/Remote Turn-On Output

Awesome product. Didn’t have to replace the factory head unit in my 2012 Prius V with an aftermarket one just to hook up an amp and subs. Was able to tap into the rear speaker wires that power the rear door speakers by removing the plastic trim between the front and rear doors and run speaker wire from there under the trim to the rear cargo area. This comes with a remote turn on wire too. Works great. Just bec sure to turn your amp gain to minimum first before testing the subs. The signal out of the LOC seems stronger than aftermarket head RCA outputs. Had to turn my gain almost to the lowest setting to prevent clipping. Running a couple 8” Pioner subs with built in mids and highs with the 4 factory speakers off a Centuion 2x100 amp. Set my amp to pass all frequencies and it sounds good.

Great price and works amazingly. Got it for my skar rp8001d and it made wiring so much easier, ESPECIALLY because of the built in remote wire. All i had to do was tap into my factory amp outputs and connect to the LOC. no issues so far and i've been pushing it pretty hard

Works as described. Not complex to install as long as you know the wiring diagram for your stock radio. This converter provides a pulse signal that the amp needs to stay on. I had purchased an older version of this product, which did not feature the pulsing signal, and it would cause my amp to turn off. Highly recommended.

Great for adding low level output to a factory stereo system, the remote turn on is a plus. This was easy to install in my E60 to add subs to my car and has been working great.

Works great. Added subwoofer and amplifier to factory radio in 2017 Nissan maxima. This converter makes it super easy to add to a stock radio. Just tap in to factory speaker wires. The remote turn on with this converter saves so much time. The item works very well.

Bought three of these and boy do they make wiring amplifiers and subs so much easier, who ever came up with this idea is a complete genius! It is easy to install, speakers + and - and blue to amp remote, black to amp ground. I really liked this didn't have to go all the way to the factory stereo for a remote wire. I highly recommend this.

... war für 10 Minuten schwer enttäuscht, dann bemerkte ich das Remote (blaues Kabel) nur schaltet wenn das schwarze Kabel (Masse) nicht angeschlossen wird. Funktioniert ohne Masse perfekt, der Sub wird korrekt über Remote ein und ausgeschaltet und die Signale kommen sauber am aktivieren Sub an.
