It's on the smaller side. It fits snug on my head and it is very comfortable.

Q: What sizes does this expand to?

I wear a 7 5/8 fitted hat and it adjusts to that size. I would guess perhaps size 7 7/8.

Q: Anything under the hat brim, like the Tiger on the Hanshin cap?

There is no logo or mascot on the underside of the brim, nor is there anything on the adjusting strap. It is a very good hat; a little on the thick side, so it is good for cool weather. I like it a lot.
