Not just for medical patients!
A friend of mine had a stroke and they recommended these for her. I have always hated tying laces, so these stopped my looking for the Velcro closures on shoes. You just change the regular laces to these, tie off the ends where you need them and voila, you have slip on's!

A waste of money
A waste of money, laces lost stretch after less than a month wear. Dumped them and are back to the cotton laces
