This product was recommended to me by my workout trainer. Just one ounce gives you a little lift when you need it and it's good for you, too, with acai in it. It tastes very good. Have recommended it to friends and now they drink it, too.

I have been using this product for several years to aid my weight loss program. I achieved my goal, and now use it for maintenance purposes.
