I love this little ironing board. It's great for my craft room because it folds away flat against the wall when I'm not using it, but it's really quick & easy to get out for use. Fabulous to have on hand for pressing fabric/seams etc when I'm sewing but neat enough that it doesn't get in the way when I'm not using it. It doesn't take up much room and it's lightweight. Not as long as a standard ironing board but plenty long enough for my uses. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a nearby ironing board for a sewing room but also for anyone who needs an ironing board but doesn't have much space to store one or use one standing up. Also, you can put it at whatever height you want on the wall, so you won't get aching arms doing your ironing!

This is Such a good idea. Saves loads of space. It’s very sturdy and solid, it doesn’t wobble when using it and it looks neat and tidy. Very happy with my purchase thank you.

This is a good product in terms of the design and build quality of the unit itself, and I would recommend this to anyone looking to reclaim some space in their kitchen/utility room/box room where a standard ironing board would either remain "out" or require setting up/down and storing with every use. The metal frame is solid and the overall design is simple but very functional, with the board size being sufficient for ironing a shirt or similar (due to the compact size, it might not be suitable if regular ironing of large items eg. bedding is required). The only negative are the fixings that are supplied are not fit for purpose - hollow wall anchors. Whilst no DIY expert, hollow wall anchors are designed for use on plasterboard/drywall yet the instructions specifically warn not to fix the ironing board to drywall (which is probably wise, as over time the weight of the frame, plus the downward force that will naturally be exerted when ironing on the extended board would result in a high chance of the fixings ripping through the drywall). For this reason I specifically chose a solid wall to fix the ironing board to, and used my own heavy duty rawl plugs and 12 x 2" screws to attach once I'd drilled using a 10mm masonry bit. As always it's really important to use a stud/metal pipe/AC wire finder before drilling to ensure the intended wall area is clear of any hazards first. I've attached a photo of the tools/fixings I used for reference. Overall, a good product if you are prepared to source your own fixings and it is already been used a few times with great success, plus the extra space I now have is great.

This is my purchase of the year! I hated that the ironing board got left out and climbing around it in the spare room. So annoying! This is a game changer. Folds out when you need it and flick it up when done. Also even if left down its not in the middle of the room. Love, love love it!

Was worried about tackling installing this on my own but honestly was up in 2 mins, no hassle does exactly what it says on the tin! Wish I’d of known they existed years ago!

Disclaimer: I don't stack books on my ironing board, nor do I use great force to try and flatten stubborn wrinkles, so this is plenty sturdy and strong for me. For what I do (and my wife sometimes does) this was just what I needed. Our house is two story, and the master bedroom and closets are downstairs. Setting up an ironing board and iron in a room upstairs just takes more time and effort than I'm willing to spend again and again. I have a lot of shirts. My wife and daughter each bought them for me for every birthday, father's day, and Christmas, until I announced I have sufficient shirts! Bottom line for me, though, was I only wore the shirts that come out of the dryer really wrinkle-free. If money were no object, we could get a fancy built in cabinet ironing board or send everything to the cleaners--but money IS an object. Enter this amazing product. Easy to install. Instructions warn against using hollow wall anchors, but if one side or the other can be screwed into a wall stud, it's plenty sturdy. I used self-drilling, self-tapping wall anchors on the other side. We had electric outlets installed in our two master closets a short while back, and that made putting this wall mounted ironing board in a closet feasible. The other slightly tricky thing for closet installation is that you can't really install it under a high closet rod and shelf, due to the length of the board when it's stowed. I found that for good ironing height, the top of the frame needed to be about 50" from the floor, and that put the end of the ironing board at 70 inches when stowed. That's higher than the high closet rods and shelves in our closets. Only my closet had one wall space with nothing on it for mounting the board, and so I got the ironing board in my closet. That's it. The iron is stored on a shelf in my closet along with a jug of distilled water. Very handy, and now I can wear any shirt I have, so long as I can spare five minutes to touch it up with the iron. Same with washable semi-dress pants. Like I said in the headline, it changed my life!

Do tej pory zwykła prasowalnica stojąca w salonie na nóżkach - zaburzała moje poczucie estetyki. Właśnie czekałam na takie kompaktowe rozwiązanie i...... teraz pokój wizualnie mnie zachwyca! Deska Xabitat, zamontowana na ścianie u mnie w domu, sprawia, że teraz lubię prasować. Deska jest zgrabna, porządnie wykonana, konstrukcja jest stabilna. Łatwy montaż - potwierdzam. Długość samej deski (czyli powierzchnia do prasowania): 90 cm. Szybka dostawa. Produkt dotarł dzień wcześniej, niż zakładano. Udał mi się prezent urodzinowy :) Szczerze rekomenduję.

Gutaussehendes und stabiles bügelbrett- bin echt überrascht wie gut das Gewicht aushalten kann!

Venía manchado con óxido pero se lavó sin problemas. Fácil de montar y muy cómodo, me da menos pereza planchar y ocupa poco espacio. Recomiendo.
