This product helps relaxes Tendons
I used this product for my Tendons -paticularly the wrist Tendons that were so wound up. And, already not 1/4 way into the product and NOT taking it dutifully, I experience relaxing of wrist and even neck Tenfons -I am pleas0e with the product.

Helps tremendously with pain
My Accupuncture Dr got me started on this. It helps with pain & muscle spasms. I’m a RN & don’t take any Narcotics.

Fairly solid ibuprofen alternative
This muscle and tendon formula works fairly well. It feels similar to the effects of ibuprofen but without as many side effects. The downside is this isn’t clinical strength but for a herbal formula it isn’t a bad option at all. I used it for muscle and nerve pain for tmj.You might also want to look at The Greatmender by plum flower as well for a budget option.
