Where has this been all my life??
Great product and works wonderfully! I had a stubborn bump on my piercing that just wouldn't go away for weeks - 4 days into using this and it is gone completely! Insane!! I wish I'd bought it sooner, but now I will make sure I always have one.I use it 2x a day, just for general care now. It's a great size, easy to use and seems like it will last a really long time.If you have any kind of piercing, BUY IT!

Sprays Wonderfully!
I just received the spray today and it has already helped my ears feel so much better. I've been using H2Ocean and it's always worked well for me, but I got a bump on my tragus piercing and the piercer said to try this. I felt immediate relief. The amount is well worth the price, being 2.3oz more than my old brand for the same price. The mist sprays so evenly and isn't too strong like other brands. I'l come back and update if it gets rid of my bump, but it's not advertised to do so.

Saline spray
I usually get H20cean when my nipple rings become irritated while sleeping or the loofah snags them lol. I decided to try this and it's just as good, noticed a difference within a couple days and you get 2oz more for practically the same price

Impressive
Even at age 67 it's still fun to get a new piercing. Haven't had one in 20 years. So much easier to apply than peroxide and a cotton ball. It's soothing if I accidentally bump it. I started using this the day I got it pierced and I haven't had any problems with it at all. It's healing up great. I was impressed by this product.

Great product !
This truly does help so much. Highly recommend. As soon as I feel my piercing getting irritated, I use this and it helps the area feel cleaner and helps with irritation.

So far so good!
I had been dealing with a small irritation bump for several weeks on my month old nose piercing. I was religious about using the salt and warm water compress for 5 minutes twice a day but it wouldn’t budge. Didn’t get bigger but wouldn’t get smaller or less noticeable.I saw this product and reluctantly purchased it since my piercers directions were to just stay with the compress. I have been gently cleansing the piercing with antibacterial hand soap on a soft cotton round (gentle dab as to not irritate it), rinsing it gently and letting it dry. I’d then use the warm salt water compress. Instead of just using the hot water from the tap, I boiled the water then let it cool a little and do that for 5 minutes. Then I’d spray the Neilmed on my nose. Did this twice a day. It’s been a few days and the irritation bump is going down and is way less noticeable. Also other than the cleaning I did NOT touch it or let the ring move. Glad I took the time to read other people’s reviews about this product because I think it has played a big role in my nose piercing healing better.

Love the saline, hate the mist
I do not enjoy spraying this into my nose to clean my septum piercing. I tried it twice and it was unpleasant and the rest of my face got wet from the mist. It is much more comfortable (and less wet) to spray a couple Q-tips until they're saturated and gently clean the area with those instead. I'm sure it's much better if you're spraying an ear. I am not buying this particular version of Neilmed's saline spray again. The first aid wound wash is much cheaper and works just as well if you're spraying it on Q-tips.

Piercings wound wash
Best piercing spray, I got some from the store that was just a sterile wash and it was such an aggressive spray it would shoot the wash like 10 feet but this one is good because it has a fine mist so much gentler especially for fresh piercings.
