Namaste Foods Organic Perfect Flour Blend, Gluten, 5 lbUSDA Organic

This is the only brand of gluten free flour that I’ve found that I don’t have reactions to. It is not gritty at all and it stays very moist. I’ve never had any problems with it

Namaste GF flour has made a huge difference in my family. Several of us in the family need to be GF and it was difficult for this baking mama to give up her organic wheat flour. There were several difficulties in making a full switch from wheat flour to GF flour--price, taste, and the ingredients as I also needed to be potato and corn free. Namaste has solved all of these problems for me. The taste does take a little getting use to as has a stronger taste than wheat flour. The price is within budget for me, and not having potato and corn is wonderful beyond words as most GF flours have one or both of these. Though Namaste claims you can use this flour 1:1 like regular wheat flour, I have found that a 1:1 ratio leaves my baked goods dry and crumbly. For me a 2/3-3/4 cup Namaste flour to 1 Cup regular flour works well (depending on how much liquid the recipe calls for). I use this flour for baking cookies and brownies, pizza dough, pancakes and waffles, basically anything that calls for flour. I haven't made bread or tried sour dough with it yet, but probably will in the future as it has worked with everything else I've tried.

I've been a long time user of Pamela's, but I really prefer to eat organic, so I tried this flour. There's been a bit of a learning curve, but I made some decent bread with it. It's not as sweet as pamela's bread mix, so I add 2 tablespoons of molasses. The bread was slightly dense, so I'm excited to keep experimenting to find a bread recipe that works well. It did make excellent pie crusts. They were perfect.

I use this for baking and no one can tell it’s gf, my bake goods are so moist and delicious. When I tell people it’s gluten free they are shocked. I would not hesitate to recommend this gf flour to anyone!! I absolutely love it!!!

I've tried so many gluten free flours and flour blends. After spending years measuring and putting together my own blends, it was so great to find a brand that offered a well-balanced AND organic option. I've been using Namaste's organic blend for several years now, and my family cannot tell a difference when I used this vs. a traditional organic flour. This means my gluten free goods don't last as long as they used to, but that is a testament to how great this blend is ;).

The organic one is just amazing flour that acts more like wheat flour.The only think I don't like is that you rarely recieved the same bag as you order. I ordered the organic bag, specifically the one above, and recieved a different one... and different that's not organic...That is disappointing....

I like this GF flour. It tastes good. Will buy more.
