I've had this dog bed for about five months. It replaces the same one my dog used for six years.PROS:Easiest dog bed I've ever had to remove and replace the cover for washing.Cover machine washes (cold) and dries (medium low) nicely, and has held up over multiple washings.Replacement covers are available through the FurHaven website.Zipper still works.Lightweight.This is my dog's go-to dog bed. She loves the bolster to snuggle up to.CONS:My 70-pound Lab likes to drape herself over the rail on the front of the bed, which has resulted in some deformity of that spot. It doesn't bother her at all! The back and sides are still in good shape.The white fluffy sherpa fabric in the center mats down and becomes a little stained over time.Just in case of a leak, I place a waterproof puppy training mat underneath the cover because the foam is not machine washable.

Have now purchased 2 of these, one for the house, one for the office. Our little guy is 14 and he has taken to this bed very quickly and seems to do better getting up in the mornings with his joints.

Soft and warm and appears comfortable.

I absolutely LOVE the softness of the material of this bed! I wondered if it would have that "new" smell, almost that dyed smell that makes you want to wash an item that smells like that before you use it, but it, in fact, did not! My senior 5-pound Malti-Poo tends to get cold easily, and this was the perfect thing for her to curl up in and take a long nap! And since she is 15 years old, she doesn't always completely finish urinating before she begins to walk away, which means a good bit ends up on the end of her tail or her back paws, so I needed a bed that had a removable cover and was washable. I washed the cover and the pillow that they actually lay on in the gentlest cycle on cold water and laid it out to dry. It washed wonderfully! I was so pleased with this item UNTIL I had to put the cover back on, which is why this product does not get 5 stars from me. After the 15 minutes I spent trying to figure out how the foam actually fits into the cover and how to line up the zipper, which one part is on the actual velour material and the other is on the the bottom where the pillow goes, I fought for another 15 minutes trying to line up the shorter part of the foam with the construction of the cover and finally had to call my son, the future mechanical engineer, in to figure it out since that is the type of skill it takes to get that stinking cover back on! The individual(s) who designed the cover of this bed must: (a) not be a pet owner, (b) not be a mother of three as well as a pet owner, (c) must not be a mother of three as well as a pet owner as well as have full-time employment because what mother of three and pet owner with a full-time job has time to fight to put a cover designed like that back on???? Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the material and the comfort it seems to afford my old lady Malti-Poo. But just beware of that cover when it's time to wash it for the first time because chances are, if you don't have a degree in engineering, you'll have exhausted your list of "wirdy durds" by the time you have gotten it all back together!

I recently purchased a new bed for one of my cats that was much more bulky and floppy - it took up a lot of space on the couch and was just a bit too big for the space. I wanted something with much more form and found this ovalized orthopedic bed. It shipped out super fast!I plopped it on the couch, rubbed his old blanket all on the inside of this bed, and he immediately crawled in. He absolutely loves it! I'm so glad I made this purchase.The foam walls and bottom are supportive and soft, the bed itself is ridiculously light. I'm impressed with how well it holds its shape compared to every other type of pet bed I've bought my cats previously. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a compact/supportive bed for your pet!

When I received the bed, it was all balled up in a plastic shipping bag, with tape all over. See photos. I was dubious that it would ever unfold and be a proper shape. Fortunately, over the course of a few days it settled into an oval shape. But seriously, who ships a dog bed this way? Anyway, quality-wise, it is not wuite the same quality as the other bed I have made by the same company purchased a few years ago. The fabric on this one feels and looks thinner and cheaper. Time will tell if it holds up as well as the previous one has. The only reason I bought another one is because I have two dogs and the old oval one is their favorite bed. No more fighting over who has it! That said, I wish the fabric had been a higher quality for the money paid.

Great bed, but a bit small. There’s no way this would fit 55 lb dog. My 40ish lb dogs? They love it.

We bought the medium size for our large fat cat and she seems to like it just fine. The foams are zippered in so they can be removed for washing but we haven’t done that yet. Seems to be well made.

Un poco pequeña respecto al tamaño que marcaba en la imagen, pero súper suave. Además llegó en perfectas condiciones y a tiempo.

Muy delgado para un perro grande, por el peso no hace soporte al piso, muy bonito el producto pero le hace falta más acolchonado el colchoncito.

Más pequeña de lo que ofrecen un perro como el de su foto publicitaria no cabría pero la compré para que mi hija estuviera caliente y si cumple con ese objetivo aunque es demasiado angosto el colchon
