I was skeptical from the many reviews about the product spillage but ordered anyway. My product was packaged well & secured with tape around the outer lid for extra protection! I used this on my clients thick/full hair & it made it so silky & soft. I will definitely recommend this relaxer and will continue to purchase this the future.

Just tried this hair relaxer for the first time, and love it! I usually use mild strength motions hair relaxer, but this affirm mild strength hair relaxer has won me over! Rinsed out so easy! No chemical smells afterwards! Left my hair silky, soft and well moisturized! Will be using for now on!

This hair relaxer has alot of good ingredients. Straightens gently but thoroughly and will not feel over processed.👍🏽

This is the way the product came damaged and all spilled at the box in the container
Box was open product was spilled out of the container inside the box. You can see the picture.

perm came not sealed
box came the perm was not sealed so some got out I had to clean it up you should tape the lid down to avoid leaks
