Mandala Coloring Book Vol 6 Paperback – July 9, 2014

While the title holds true, there are 55 beautiful patterns, well, not quite, but, close enough. The problem is that for the majority of the images, the resolution is poor. I'll admit I haven't taken the time to color one yet, so, maybe that won't matter much once you are actually engaged in the task of coloring the mandala - but, it was a huge disappointment. I also expected a nice intro of how to use the coloring book like most mandala coloring books have - not that I need it, but, it's always nice to get different points of views on the benefits of coloring mandalas and tips and whatnot.I keep flipping through the book and there are so many mandalas that don't look like they need any color - that they weren't intended to have any and that they are just right in black and white. A lot of them look like Zentangles now that I think about it. And the last third of the coloring book has mandalas in a completely different style, like a optical illusion type graphic style - definitely not like that intricate beauty on the cover.Oh, and FYI the last page of the book indicated that it was printed on November 3, 2013 (the day after I ordered it) - don't get me wrong, it's nicely bound and professional, and it looks like a regular coloring book, but, it appears to be a self-published one, not that the artist gives themselves any credit.Bottom line - unless I just got a poorly printed copy - the resolution is poor. Many of the images look like Zentangles and don't have much room or need for color. I don't recommend it.

Terrible quality in the images! Most of the images are blurry, very blurry! It actually hurt my eyes looking at some of them. It has to be a printing error because I can't imagine the publisher looking at this book and thinking it is ok to sell. Maybe they are just not looking or just don't care, I don't know. Wish I would have seen the other reviewer before I ordered this who also said the images were bad. Oh, and my book was also printed the day I ordered it, which is strange. Don't buy this book or anything from this publisher. I ordered another book from them earlier and that one had some lines through some of the images. This book is terrible, but Amazon is always wonderful in resolving problems. They refunded my money.

Only about a third of the images in this book are large enough for coloring. The rest of the images seem to have been squeezed beyond reason to fit the page.

I found these coloring books by way of a friend who uses them for a diversion. I started coloring and have not been able to put them down! They are a wonderful way to forget the stresses of the day and leave your cares behind I will be buying more.

Erika is right, it does have poor resolution and I think they print it off fresh for you (as the date on my book says Feb. 24th 2014). Erika is also right about some of them not having enough room to even color. Besides that I still think it's pretty cool especially for the price, it's a decent time passer.

I bought this for me (grandma) when the grandkids are in a coloring mood, so I'd have something to color along with them that would interest me as well. I bought them some amazing coloring books of their own reflecting their interests, but they beg me to color mine instead! Guess I get to color my grandson's muscle car book...lol

I agree that the images are too small to color. Great pictures but would be nice if they were bigger. Also I am more likely to buy again if the pages were perforated.

Thrilled with purchase, wonderful designs.

I didn't like a lot of the designs, some way too small and some with heavy black ink as part of the pattern.

とても細かい図案もありますが、達成感があります。きらびやかなブローチのような図案が多いです。次に縄のような模様のものが7つ程、あとは少し簡単に塗れるような大きめの様々な図案が1、2点ずつあります。いろんなデザインのマンダラを塗りたい方にオススメです。
