Received an used and defective product.
First of all, i think seller sold me the "returned used product". Because it had a sign of used and the water container still have some water in it. I did a quick try, my hair jammed into the roller and i need my husband to rescue me :( My hair became so dry for few days (i applied argan oil to improve the hair condition). Perhaps this is defect product, i don't know... but i will not buy it again.

Best curler ever
this is literally the first review I've ever written on here, but this hair curler is so amazing I just had to put it out there. I have fairly damaged, processed hair and I hate to use very gentle heat tools because of this. With this curler, I can go all the way up to 450 degrees with NO damage! I've never been able to do this before without my hair getting dry and brittle looking. The steam really does not only protect your hair, but make the curls last forever. Amazing product!

I love this curler! I makes great curls! Even though it takes longer to do all my hair because it only takes small amounts of hair, it is wonderful!

Don't buy!
It came to me clearly used... I tried it anyway... It tangled and then ripped out a section of hair........... This curler is garbage. Stay away.

i love mine
i bought mine used and after seeing so many people say their hair got stuck i figured i'd leave the way i've found to unstick it rather quickly.usually its positioned to high or to much hair. it gets stuck for me i usually wiggle it push the button to rotate as i'm moving it down. it has ALWAYS worked to "un stuck". if its just to high up i move it down and keep curling. no problem. you cant use this at your scalp or with a lot of hair thats my issue but it works very well
