This is a GREAT deal for a good little drum!
Drum arrived on time, as promised. I immediately removed and discarded the crappy batter and snare heads that came with the drum (produced at "The People's Glorious Musical Instrument and Fishing Equipment Worker's Paradise Factory No.34"), replaced by Evans 14" Black Hydraulic Batter head and Evans 500 Clear Snare head, also tossed the stock snares and replaced them with Puresound Equalizer 16 strand snares. After reassembly, application of a couple of Moongel pads on the inside of the Snare head and proper tuning , this drum sounds FANTASTIC, especially considering that it cost less than $100 even with all the upgrades. I'll play in the head for a while, and post a further review after it's been broken in properly. Now that I've had a close look at the quality of the shell and hardware, I would definitely recommend this instrument to a friend.

Worth money
I’m not a drummer I bought as means to release stress as a nurse I had a drumming pad for years but wanted a snare drum and after careful review chose this one and I made a great choice. It’s well worth it very sturdy plays well tone wonderful should be bought for anyone

It will satisfy
I like how quick it made it to my house. The value of money is good and the drum itself has all the right tools for beginners.

Nice Snare
I bought this snare when I started working on some demos. I read the reviews and watched some videos that stated you should change the head on it. I did purchase a San Remo head to replace it with but have yet to change it. I figure the head that came with it wont last much longer but thats ok. This drum has a nice sound and is easy to adjust and tune.

Great drum!
Great drum for 12 year old who is in drum brigade. Love the personal note from Fletch, at the distribution center. Would definitely recommend this drum and company!

All lug screws were loose!
Look, it's 50 bucks, ok? But all the lug screws were loose. The brochure says to buy a premium head because the one supplied will not last long, which is hilarious! But overall it's fine for beginners. I bought this as a backup. --PS: the supplied head does not seem to be bad quality, but I did order a Evans black hydraulic because that's what I like.

Great value
I bought this for my four year old son who loves everything marching bands and music. He loves it. I don’t know much about drums. It does seem very sturdy.
