Amp not functional when received
Not too happy. The amp arrived later than estimated. When I took the amp out of the box, it had loose screws. When I eventually got it hooked up, the left side didn’t work. I contacted the manufacturer and they said to return the amp for a refund. I returned the amp and got a refund. I did not trust getting a replacement.

I almost felt like I stole this, when I bought an amp that sounds this good and has a massive toroidol transformer like the big boys. I hooked this up, and it made the music literally come alive. I'm not using their CLA-10s, as I have Bowers & Wilkins speakers. This unit is being used for a 7.4.4 theater with all B&W speakers. I would definitely buy this product again, because the sound for the money is amazing. I highly recommend it.UPDATE: I love this thing so much that I bought another one, making a total of three in my system. John Wick 4 never sounded this good.

Meter faces a needles damaged
Meter face was actually miss aligned and one needle was bent up against face of the needle.Both meters were damaged.

One channel not working
I purchased this $799.00 amplifier in March. I kept it in the original box while building my studio. I have not been able to use it until today. Finally, I plugged in and discovered that one channel is not working. I try different cables, Speakopn, regular speaker cables, different Xlr, and different speakers. NOTHING. I finally plugged everything into my old Beringher amp, and everything worked perfectly. I do not know who to contact to send the amp back, it has been almost two months. Very disappointed, please advice.

Classic real amplifier
I am very happy to receive this product, its design style is very classic, sound quality is very good, real power, I really want to keep it, but unfortunately I want a 1000W amplifier.

Excellent power amp for NS-10's!
I got the CLA-200 Amp to power a pair of NS-10M Studio monitors. This amp is great! Incredible about of clear power. Silent in my rack inside my control room. Very happy purchase! Old Yamaha amps are near impossible to repair anymore so this was a no-brainer purchase.
