Does Not Work For Garage Doors As Advertised
I bought an additional sensor to go with the ismartgate pro kit I bought to see if it was an issue with the sensor in the kit but same results so my review of kit I posted applies here too. If you want to use this for garage doors, get a different product. You can wire the receiver to your buttons and use the app on your phone to open and close like your remote controller, but the app shows the doors are always open. The only way the app shows the doors open and close is if the magnetic bar is used and comes in and out of contact with the sensor which is meant for gate usage. Customer support will provide a few canned suggestions which don't work then stop responding. Don't waste your time and money if you want a smart opener that will give you actual status and notify if door is left open.
