This pull start replacement is a perfect swap for the blackmax Briggs & Stratton 725EXI. Its plug and play. Still has the plastic grooves that broke on my original. Less face it everything is China parts made to be replaced often. I wish their was an upgrade to a aluminum or some sort of metal casing for it. If you have this laqn mower dont worrie it fits perfect everything will line up. Plus about half the price from blackmax replacements.

Part fit well, but the plastic arms broke on the first pull.

Came in perfect condition didn't require any extra work. Just slapped it on.

This pull cord replacement piece works great. It was a little hard to snap in place, but accomplished within 15 minutes.

Good fit for my Husqvarna 5 year old lawn mower. First pull this season the original pull rope broke and the rewind spring in the mechanism seemed broken too. This replacement product fit the engine perfectly though the rope is a bit short. If I use the bracket on the handle to hold the rope it only gives me a few feet of pull and runs short with every pull. I could see this shortening the life of the rope. Pulling without using the handle bracket seems fine.

It installed easy. But broke after 3rd time using ,had to send back, hopefully I get a refund All plastic design,original lasted 5 years bad design
