I haven’t been able to consistently use it long enough to comment on results. What i can say is that it makes you use the bathroom a lot!! Be ready. Also has a spicy ish taste. Don’t leave sitting in your mouth for too long

So I let myself get sucked into an internet fad and ended purchasing these. It's supposed to help lose weight. Yeah yeah, I know, you're supposed to drinks tons of water, light workouts and this just "helps" the process along. Well I have been on them for a little over two weeks now, take two pills a day and I recently got sick so my diet consisted of water, medicine and tea for a week and wouldn't you know, I gained weight.Take at your own risk... I will give it 2-3 more weeks as SUPPOSEDLY it takes at least a month to 'see' results.
