Naturevibe Botanicals Organic Bhumyamalaki Powder, 8 Ounces

I was advised by my ayurvedic practitioner to start taking this, 1/2 tsp at night in warm water. It's not the best taste, I will admit, but it dissolves pretty well in the water and I just take it down quickly. I haven't noticed any real changes, but I feel confident that it's working within my body the way it should. I was told this helps to cleanse and detoxify the body, so I'm hopeful it is doing just that!

First of all, there is no organic certification on this product so they are lying in their description. Second, I have had other brands such as Banyon for a comparison. When I opened this, the smell was not like others. I hesitated to use it, but thought it may be a different variety. When I scooped it, there were small particles and twigs in the mixture. Ok, giving the product the benefit, and assuming it was just roots not ground completely. Put it in my Nutribullet and tried to grind like the other powders. It was an improvement, but had getting trouble getting past the smell. Thought I'd give it a try. Big mistake!!! Both my husband and I got sick for a couple of days with symptoms of mild e-coli or flu. I should have trusted my nose ... there is obviously something that should not. be consumed in this powder with the Bhumyalaki powder. Would not recommend. Btw I did not notice that they did not offer refunds or returns!!

So far it’s been good ... description fits what’s been told by the seller..satisfied with the purchase.

I eat 1/2 a teaspoon with mu coffee every morning. It really helps me with my diabetes.

This is so disgusting! I drank most of the mixture and was down to my last couple sips when I saw a pink plastic item. I immediately begin throwing up. This has traumatized me so much that I have stopped using any powder supplements. I am strongly considering not even taking the supplements that I have in my cabinet.This manufacturer/company's facility is unclean and I will never buy more supplements from them again. I hope this does not happen to you.

Great quality and good value. Can mix it with a little water or food. I prefer to make my own capsules.
