Very straightforward
I needed a solution for a client that needed controlled entry and exit. The door magnet has two wires that connect to the two wires of the door lock lead. We are not using a request to exit button. Power and door magnet connections were made, it started working right away. The remotes were already paired, so you don't have to do anything. I didn't use the Wi-Fi connection, either. But the power adapter is connected to a smart outlet that can be turned on and off remotely through an alarm app. This was a perfect solution for what the customer wanted. For this price, I don't think you can find anything better.

Easy to setup
The mag lock was easy to installed and the controller was easy to install and connect to the mag lock and Exit button. When setting up the WI-FI, press the Wi-Fi button for a few seconds to fet it setup on the phone.

Works great, easy to set up the wifi. I did have to replace the power supply once already, Maybe it was just defective but so far working fine.

Works as intended. Mine was done modifications and works great. A must have for my business. Exceeded my expectations. Was worried it was going to be cheap or weak but works amazingly.

Prompt customer service. Excellent service
The controller stopped working a few hours after the installation. This was strange as I have the none wifi version for some time now with no issues. I contacted customer support and they promptly sent out a replacement and apologized for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this company and product. Their after sales service is second to none.

Outstanding unit- it works/ Great value
This unit sets up in just a few minutes, easy to program buttons, and I bought extra button for additional employee. I haven’t tried out the app/cloud features yet, looking forward to that.

Ease of installation
I originally installed the previous model. This latest model is very easy to install and works great. The reception is as described in the information provided. The remote control is superior to it's previous model and transmits the lock and unlock signal at a greater distance. A negative point is the accidental activation if the remote is carried in the pocket. I broke myself of that habit by leaving the remote in a safe and secure location.
