TinkerActive Workbooks: 1st Grade Math Paperback – May 14, 2019

My 5 year old loves this book! Everyday, he wants to begin his lessons with this workbook. We homeschool, and we use this to supplement online curriculum. The lessons are cute, short, and just right for a kiddo doing 1st grade math. My son really likes the projects at the end of each week.The only *problem* we have is that each week is divided into 3 lessons and one project, so he only gets to do this 4 days a week. Plus, there are only 15 weeks total, so if you follow a typical 9 week quarter, you are going to be short 3 weeks for a semester.

Super fun workbook, some of the projects need a little parent help, and lots of do it yourself worksheets that are easy for kiddo to read instructions independently. I ordered a second one after getting the first one for another child.

Love the Tinker books! Great hands-on addition to homeschooling. Because it makes learning fun, your child will actually "get it"! Project materials are everyday items and can get very creative with what you have and what your kid can find! Will be using again next year!

I love how there are hands on ideas and accessible work book pages. I will be sad when my little guy grows out of this series they are great and seem right on target for grade level

My child has ADD and is dyslexic so she gets frustrated with her homeschool work yet she WANTS to work in these books! I absolutely love these books! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.Bonus... The photos/drawings are fun and engaging.

We LOVE these books! This is a perfect combination of writing activities and active small projects. My child never enjoyed worksheets...until we opened these books. Like all children his age he needs to be active. He is excited to learn and complete each project. The materials for each activity are mostly items we already have at home. I hope they publish Grade 3 workbooks!

These are amazing workbook. I love how much they teach. I have it for my six-year-old and she absolutely loves it. It is a great learning tool. I highly recommend it. And I will continue to buy these.

Got this for my 6 yo for summer review. Great workbook. Engaging. Enjoying the projects as well.
