I have this on auto subscribe. This is one of the best meal replacement protein powders I’ve ever used. It works when sticking with a plan which each can provide helpful tips for usage. You can also go to the site and there are lots of shake ideas as well. It helps to make you feel full and curbs your appetite. I use it daily to replace either breakfast or dinner. It works great to help me lose weight. I like that it is unflavored. It does not have a chalky taste like other powders. The only thing I don’t like about this product is the price. Although it is good, it is very pricey for one can. If you use this powder 3 times a day for one of the plans, you can quickly go through one can in less the a week. It gets very costly to keep up with the plan. I wish it was a little cheaper. However, the product itself is great!

Works well, does not upset my stonach …. I mix with chocolatw milk and ice cubes…taste great… vale in the vitamins your getting.

Tasty mixed with my morning coffee. Down several pounds in first weeks.

Thy taste like cardboard, but if you add a few ingredients, its does what its supposed to.

Helped me lose 20 pounds in 3 months. Taste is pretty bland so add a teaspoon of artificial vanilla extract and a packet of artificial sweetener to make it taste better.

1. Very happy with the product. I am following the plan outlined in the package insert and have lost 30 lbs and continuing to lose. It was hard at first but I have settled in and am happy with how I look and feel. 2. Unhappy with subscription. The orders I have placed intermittently have been shipped very well packed with each canister shrink wrapped. The first order on the subscription, one canister was damaged and powder was all over the box. The canisters were not shrink wrapped. I just received my second subscription order and while nothing was damaged, the canisters are not shrink wrapped. So I got lucky this time. This product is too costly to risk receiving damaged product, so I’m removing the risk and canceling the subscription. I’ll just have to make sue I order timely. I wish the product was readily available at local retailers. But it’s not. So ordering from Amazon is the only viable option. 3. If you want to lose weight, and are willing to commit to the plan-give Almased a try. It is WORKING for me. I have a significant amount of weight to lose and watching the scale steadily going down has been all the motivation I need.

Helps me control my appetite and curb hunger. Nothing else I’ve tried works as good as this mix other than a GLP1. I’ve used it in the mornings after a workout with milk and water and ice with fruit and some veggies, and it makes 2 sixteen ounce smoothies that can eliminate hunger until after noon when drinking 1 immediately and one a couple hours later. Be careful later as you will get rebound hunger and feel like a grizzly bear waking after hibernation. Or, just have another one to kill it. Can be easily customized to what flavor or taste you want or are craving.

Got the product for the liver detox and weight loss. Followed instructions very carefully. I did get very tired but continued for five days. For a liquid diet at the end of five days I had gained 2 1\2 pounds. Taste make sure you use the oil. That does smooth it out. Flavor not bad alone, I mixed in organic unsweetened cocoa that I occasionally use with my coffee. I have a bullet blender so mixing was easy. Size of drink for each meal was satisfying and went down ok, digestive wise. I bought three to get through five days with about a 1/3 of a can left over. For me it just was not worth the time or money. For someone else this might be the perfect thing. For me no.
