Good Book with Great Training Tips
I purchased this book for class last semester and liked it so much I decided to keep it to use as a reference for training. It is an easy book to read and really does have a lot of information and tips that can help when designing a training program.

Great training resource
Had to get this book for my Training & Development class. It was an easy read with many great examples. I added it to my library to use as a training resource.

Still great after all these years
I teach a lot of new trainers and instructional designers and this is one of the foundational books I use.

handbook
Directed reading as part of a business class I am taking about training, interesting and has utility. I did the kindle version, probably should have gone for a traditional book so that I can use it in my work space and mark it up. Full of checklists and feedback loops.

Very helpful in creating training
This is a great book to read to get ideas for adult classes. Whether you are a safety trainer, a Sunday School teacher, or a university professor, this book will provide you with ways to help your students remember the subject matter better.
