I've been using this for almost 2 weeks now but haven't yet noticed any extra boost of energy or any other difference except being harsh GI system. Make sure to have a bathroom readily available when you first use this because you'll need it.

Its good but I need to get used to it slowly I think. Have eaten coconut oil for years now but this is something else. It doesnt give me any more energy it just gives me a terrible grinding stomach (not the runs like some people are saying) and then i`m starving. I didnt get it to help lose weight as im thin enough, I got it to help maintain muscle and give me brain power. The muscles coming along fine but the brain...? makes me foggy and disorientated if I have it too early. Have got to get the right quantity right with the right time of day to take it. All that said its good stuff and I would recommend it

My current go to MCT oil
My current favourite MCT oil. Used in bullet proof coffee, pre martial arts work practice. Also on mornings when I know I need my A game.Pros- Made from coconut oil, NO PALM OIL- great packaging, easy to pour/ squeese out servings- good priceTip: If you're new to MCT oil, please go easy and build up. Many go hard too quick, resulting in very loose bowls and running awkwardly to the loo.Also great for those transitioning to any form of low carb diet (Atkins, Slow Carb etc)

Excellent product. I have been using it for six months on a low carb lifestyle and the energy benefits are astounding. Aside from the loss of 30lbs I am sleeping better and do not get tired during the day. Two tablespoons in a coffee will easily feed a hilly 50 mile cycle ride.

Excellent stuff
Great oil for adding to coffee and tea to boost energy when low. This is fractionated oil (distilled so its a clean processed oil) and not hydrogenated like some which change the chemical makeup so you cannot get any better than this oil. Order early as shipping can take awhile if your overseas.
