stopped working after one year but replaced quickly.
Edit: I am changing review to 5 stars because after contacting manufacturer they completely replaced my watch with no questions. Great service! Below is the old one before I contacted the manufacturer.Old review: I purchased this product on Dec 3 2019. Yesterday it stopped working. I went to Kroger to buy 2 batteries 386 thinking maybe it is batteries died. However after replacing batteries it did not work.I guess there is nothing I can do . Maybe you have to buy every year new watches. I don't know.

Great buy
I like the vivofit 4 it works great and was an upgrade from my vivofit 3. I especially like the fact that the battery lasts for a long time and there's no charging every day or so.Next time I would pay closer attention to the wrist band size. This one's kind of small. It's my fault.

My third VivoFit, upgrading over the years!
I really like the Garmin and replaced a VivoFit 2 with this purchase. It was a refurbished 4 and the only downsized was the batteries were dead when it arrived. Replaced the batteries and love not having to charge it like other brands.

GOOD ALTERNATIVE TO THE VIVOFIT 3
My Vivofit 3 stopped recording my sleep after two years of use so I looked for a replacement and found the Vivofit 4. I took a chance on a "renewed" model and after one month of usage I really like it. Pros: more secure band clasp, no battery charging a few more features than the Vivofit 3 had. Cons: I don't like the Move IQ auto start feature so I disabled it, can barely see the screen display (e.g. clock), but pushing the silver bar provides backlight for a couple seconds - I can live with that. I recommend this basic fitness tracker and especially due to its battery.

Finally got rid of wifes FitBit
many people are not allowed to wear a watch at work. My Wife works in the food industry nad has this limitation. This tracker is perfect for her for the following reasons.- She can pop the tracker out of it's band and pocket it for work days.- it doesn't have to be charged.- easy to comprehend one button interface.- Garmin's software is known to her husband so he can take care of all the other tech stuff she hates.as a bonus she is tolerating the silicone band better than she thought she would. No tracker rash yet .

Fine until battery needs replacing
I was glad the watch didn’t need charging, and I could leave it on all the time. I wanted a step counter, and that works by itself and as a record on the app. The BIG problem is that even with a specially purchased tool for the purpose, I cannot remove the screws to replace the battery. Local businesses won’t help since I bought the watch online.

3rd one in 6 years. Would buy again.
Love that I can change battery every year and not have to bother with charging it up. Never have to take it off. Safe In shower and at the beach. Worry free and have it paired with My Fitness program for diet, sleep and steps.

Unable to pair it.
Tried paring it 6 times with no results. I need more from this Garmin Vivo4 fitbit! It was refurbished. I thought I was getting a brand new one. Returning it.M.S.

Stay away from this
It's a poorly design product, the screen brightness is the biggest problem. Or, it's an extremely basic device that solely dependence on your phone.
