The self-adhesive heat conductive pads are the only concern of another good product
I am pleased with the case. As per another review, the self-adhesive heat conductive pads are nice and thin but break easily upon separating from the protective strips, as per the other review I was able to salvage enough of each pad. Overall I am pleased and likely to buy more.

Keeps CPU temp down
This is to be used with a RPi4 running Freeswitch PBX software which is a medium processor intensive program. Thus keeping CPU temperature down is important for reliability. This fan does that. One point I did have trouble with is the included self-adhesive heatt conductive pads. These are quite thin (good) but the peel off strips protecting the adhesive are difficult to separate and I did tear one of the pads in the process. However sufficient pad was saved to stick to the appropriate chip case. I will probably buy this again.

Great thermals
Really good thermals... only bad thing is the silent fans have started making noise!

Nice design but wrong size holes drilled for the fans
Would have given this 5 stars if I could attach the fans but unfortunately the supplied screws are too small and no screws in my toolbox have the correct thread - disappointing. Not sure if this is manufacturing defect. I've had to settle with double-sided sticky tape for the time being

Very effective cooling
The Pi4 has a reputation for running hot, although in my experience it's the Pi3B that runs a few degrees warmer. I started using this style of heatsink/cooler with the Pi3B and found it very effective indeed. It's just as effective with the Pi4. I use it on a Pi4 backup NAS, currently idling at 30C, on a Pi4 NextCloud server, 28.2C. I also have a Pi3B test box, with the same style of cooler, which has just finished a compile hitting 100% CPU and that went up to 58C. It's now idling at 32C.If you need to get at the slots, ports and pins, this case is ideal. I think it looks tidy and better than a bare board. It was the neat, utilitarian look of them that first caught my attention. The cooling is excellent and the fans are very quiet. I know that sometimes they can start to whine (like any small fan), but if a blast from an air-cleaner doesn't fix it, replacements are available all over the place from £2.50 upwards - and they're dead easy to install.
