This is Jim's wife. I ordered this product and wish that I had done the review sooner, but it took me a bit to be able to do it. I have NEVER complained openly about a product. I don't know where to begin except to say that I would NEVER recommend purchasing this. Besides the fact that you keep it on your head for 40 minutes under a shower cap while it drips down your neck, when you put the conditioner on? My head felt like it was on fire. But NOT the worst part of it. My hair came out in clumps. Literal clumps. How upsetting and embarrassing this was. So that's my review, Buyer beware especially if you are going to put it on kids
