Very good coffee maker! The coffee comes out hot and tastes great. I like that it’s durable and easy to use, perfect for stores, offices, or small businesses. The stainless steel design looks elegant and professional. It also brews a good amount of coffee and keeps it warm very well. So far, it has been working excellently and feels like great quality. Highly recommended!

We are extremely pleased with the coffee maker. It brews quickly, consistently and the flavor is excellent every time. We are a busy office and the double carafe is important for our coffee loving team. The machine is easy to use, simple to clean and looks great on our counter. What impressed me most was the customer service provided by the Sybo Team. When we had a question about set up and any issues our email was quickly answered. We were having problems with our old coffee maker in our office so in march last year we picked up this one all of the problems were solved and the coffee maker is easy to use as well as being very durable and can hold up to anyone that uses it and brews a full pot of steaming coffee in no time. Recently we had a small problem with an interior component and reached out to customer service and they are fixing the problem as I type this review. Very quick response times and straight to the point help.

This coffee pot was purchased in November 2025. I have 3 issues. 1. The hole in the silver filter holder is too small, brews very slow due to this. 2. Coffee pot plugged into a GCFI outlet and has blown the outlet several times. Continue to shut off due to this. Per a licensed electrician, there is an issue within the coffee pot that this keeps happening which can be a fire hazard. 3. There should be a return policy on this product longer than 30 days. I now have to order a new one and I think that after only having for 6 months, there should be a warranty on this or return policy longer than 30 days.

Coffee pot is very nice, coffee is fresh and hot Everytime. Would be nice to be able to see how much water is still in it after every fill up, it seems to not fill the pot all the way up, no major issue just a recommendation!

This coffee machine, while a little slow to make coffee (15 minutes for a full pot) has worked well. That is until this morning, when I added water, it came pouring out the side and bottom of the machine. It will no longer hold any water. What a mess. I bought this machine in September 2024 and make on average one pot a day. Updated: SYBO replaced the unit with a new one. This one is working great so far, still a little slow, but it works properly.

It’s honestly been one of the best purchases for our kitchen. Even though it’s labeled “commercial,” it fits fine on our counter and looks sleek with the stainless steel design. It’s super easy to use—just pour the water in the top, add your grounds, and it brews pretty fast. The two glass carafes are a huge plus. We use one for regular and one for decaf, or just keep a backup pot ready during brunch or family gatherings. The warmers do a great job keeping everything hot without making it taste burnt. Cleanup is straightforward, and the machine feels solid and well-built. If you’ve got a coffee-loving household or like to host, this is definitely worth the investment. It’s more efficient and dependable than most standard home coffee makers I’ve owned.

The quality exceeded my expectations. Very well made and durable. Everything works as described and I use the machine everyday to make coffee! The customer support is being really helpful since day one when I purchased the product!

I bought this coffee maker for Lions club . We have had several bunn coffee makers. This is the best one we could have bought . It was a great price and does not require the us to preheat it for 20 min as it makes coffee i 2 mins and is always hot

This coffee maker takes a long time to brew coffee. Not satisfied with the performance.

Amazing machine so far! Every trucker family should have this to prep thermoses in the morning! Time saver for sure👍
