Best treat ever, but wish I could get it in the store.

When I was a child growing up in Chicago, my grandmother would bring these wafer cookies as a special treat. These cookies are simple wafers with honey in the middle, yet they are tasty cookies. I am not sure which memory I enjoy more, my grandmother or these wafers. These are my kind of cookies.l

These are very tasty and light snacks, however I would NEVER pay that kind of money for these delightful treats. My recommendation would be to buy them directly from the mfg or find a Polish deli or store near you. They almost always carry these and are a few dollars for a package of 3.
