Nice fit and looks great under clothes!
Glad I gave these a try! I was a C-ish size prior to my double mastectomy and purchased the teardrop in a XL They do the trick! Easy to wash and fit great in the sportsbra/bralettes that I have that have the removable flat inserts! They are light and comfortable! Ordered multiple sets! I have worn these with swimsuits and they worked fine. The beige bra is a jockey bralette and the grey one is a secret treasures from Wmart. Just slightly fold the inserts to get them in and fit into place. I wear these all the time now instead of the silicone ones I got after my mastectomy. Granted, I am/was not a large breasted gal, so I dont know how others would feel if they were pretty endowed prior to their mastectomy using these. I am 5'7" and 165 lbs. I dont wear super tight forming shirts, but I do wear these with female fit type shirts. If you get these type of bras for the inserts, you can wear a V neck type top and you cant see the bra. For camisole type tops, there is another jockey bralette that works for those type tops that these fit into. I have found through trial and error that with cotton forms, and sports bras/bralettes, you need a snug fitting bra. Sometimes they will ride up, but I used to pull my old bras down every now and then too. I bought enough bras and forms to last the week, I keep the forms in the bra and I throw the whole thing into the wash with my clothes, then into the dryer for about 10 minutes and then let them air dry the rest of the way. So far so good! I am able to run, hike, bike, work, wear racerback tops with these inserts and those type of bras.

Rough edges. Perfect otherwise!
* * POST-OP CUSTOMERS * *Beware of the edges on these inserts. They're no worse than say... the edges of a stiff & cheaply constructed sports bra's removable pads if you were to put them directly on the skin instead of inside the sports bra. Which is annoying & uncomfortable on the avg person's skin. So, it's obviously going to be akin to razor blades on tender, sensitive, wounded skin.* * EASY SOLUTION * *If you prefer not to wear them w/ a pocket bra &/or a bra designed for removable inserts & you wish to use a more traditional style bra or something... I've found that nylon wig caps (or even short stocking-type socks) are ideally suited for use as a cover/buffer. There's also a good deal of various insert covers, protectors, & cases (which can be found on Amazon as well as most other places that sell bras) but they're often pricey & often awkward/ill-fitting.☆NON-SURGICAL☆If you're just looking for a comfortable, shape-enhancing, lightweight, insert then BUY THESE! It's more difficult to find foam than it is silicone inserts & they're rarely under $20 let alone, under $15. These are as easy to wear as any standard bra pads. They're every bit as durable & flexible as bra pads. As many of the reviews w/ photos have shown, you can put them into ANY bra designed for removable pads. They can easily be washed while still inside an insert bra or on their own. They hold up well w/ frequent or even daily wash & wear. They have a natural look & can be worn w/ a slightly low-cut top in the right type of bra (like those designed for removable inserts) but if you're going for a larger/fuller bust it's best to stick w/ a higher or standard neckline. These aren't made for any kind of pushup support but w/ a snug enough bra, a bit of ingenuity, & some natural assets (lol) cleavage can be achieved.* * KEEP IN MIND * *They are VERY LIGHTWEIGHT! They're going to migrate quite a bit if the bra isn't designed for inserts &/or anything less than super, skin-tight. Since they're inserts & lightweight ya really don't NEED an uncomfortable, standard, supportive bra or underwire. In my opinion, they're ideal w/ an inexpensive, stretchy/elastic, comfortable, casual-style bra. Occasionally, I toss in a pair of weighted, pushup, inserts to ensure these stay in place when I'm wearing a looser fitting bra but usually, I just stuff them into a stretchy, pocketed bra & adjust it periodically, as needed... just as we've all done w/ EVERY other bra. (Lol)★OVERALL★Great price. Good comfort. Durable. Easily placed & just as easily removed! Particularly great in the hotter months of the year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The best.
Perfect after a mastectomy. I've purchased multiple sets of these. They are lightweight and easy to get into a bra pocket. These will fit into any bra that has a pocket for those modesty pads.

Mastectomy prostheses
Since my mastectomy in November 2002 I have been wearing special bras and prosthetic in the cup. They are heavy silicon. These are light well formed and nice shape. I can't believe the price . As soon as it arrived I slipped one in my bra to see how it fit and was pleasantly surprised how nicely it felt and fit. Gives a really normal appearance. I am a small structured woman and wasn't sure number 1 or 3. I almost bought both just to be sure but I finally read all the comments and settled on the size 1. It fits the cup perfect. Actually better than the ones I have been getting for years. It doesn't shift or move. Hope I helped. Definitely recommend

Won’t stay in place
Maybe I just don’t know how to use but I can’t get it to stay in place. I have had a mastectomy and am trying to use this in my bra. It hurts and won’t stay in place.

Inaccurate size, poor quality
I ordered these to put in my compression garment since I didn't want my expensive ABC prosthetics messed up. These are light weight which is their only plus. Under my compression bra one actually wrinkled so I can only wear thick shirts over it or you can tell. They are also midsized. I wear a D cup in prostheses. Ordered based on size chart and these are more like a B. Fine to wear at home and maybe if I wash them the wrinkle might improve, but I would not wear these in public.
