HP Laserjet Pro P1102 Toner Refill Kit

the ink caused my a huge problem , its very difficult to use , it messed up my pritnter , and id dint come with a cone to help filling (as in the product picture)so i had to go buy a small one ,its not even a kit unless you consider ink and a 0.1$ cent glove a kit !!!!it did NOT come with (Easy-To-Follow instructions ) it did NOT come with instructions at all !i dont recommend buying this.i ended up buying an original cartridge , and this product was just a wast of money what i was trying to save ,

Not as effective as expected. Somewhat disappointed. Did not perform well compared to newer cartridge. Probably would not purchase again.

I am so pleased that I tried this product as I grew tired of paying the high price of purchasing new toner cartridges. The instructions were very easy to follow and the print quality was great. Make sure you purchase the hole burning tool as this simplifies the process. I will never use anything but a refill kit again.

I received: NEToner HPCE285A, a pair of clear glove and a reset chip. It was not what i ordered NO EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS and no seals for the holes. If there is no instructions then I cant use it. How can I use it???????????????????????? the product is not like the picture. I wanted what I had ordered and not something else. If I know it was A SUBSTITUTE (I saw this subsstitute for less than $10 while mine cost $16) I would not of ordered it. I would of spent my money elsewhere.To add to the pain of my frustration, sending the item back will cost as much as the item itself and the sender is sorry for the inconvenience (like being sorry will fix my problem).Please refrain from buying refill from this seller since what you see is not what you will get.
