Patience, dexterity and practice makes this work well
YOU MUST TAPE/CLIP YOUR PAPER/CARD TO A SURFACE or it all messes up!!When changing the diameter of a circle, not only make sure the clear plastic is at the same measurement on both sides, but the pink plastic underneath is also perfectly perpendicular to the ruler measurements otherwise the blade angle is wrong and will tear the paper/card.I have found that larger circles can be cut from a heavier card by using the pink thing that fits over the blade, but I still have to go round a few times and as the blade is double sided, I go both clockwise and anticlockwise to get a clean cut.I made Christmas cards using the cutter and was impressed with the neatness of the edges and liked that there wasn't a hole in the centre of the circle.Sometimes a circle can move and get stuck under the base, which if you are cutting circles within circles is annoying as you cannot move the cutter off the card as you'll never find the centre again.It is also quite fiddly to adjust if you want specific sized circles and neat edges.But, with a bit of practice and a lot of concentration, neat circles can be created.I also have a compass style cutter which does wider circles but this is definitely better for small circles and ease of use.Spare blades are located under the black rubber on the bottom if they are not in the handle as some people have indicated.

Good, but tricky
This is great for cutting circles of all sizes when you get it to work - but I didn't find it that easy to use. The pieces are a bit plasticky, small and fiddly, and the instructions are very basic. I made a lot of mistakes before I worked out how to set the size of the circle - the part that unscrews just completely separated at times, and at times, I couldn't get it aligned, so it tore the paper. Then at other times, though the blade was new, it didn't cut right through the card in places, so I had to go back and try again. If you're using a relatively small piece of paper or card, you need to stick it to the working surface so it doesn't move, and I found whatever tape I used, it left marks or stuck to the paper. It does work, but there is quite a bit of trial and error, and I think it would be better if it were stronger, more robust and had better instructions.

Fantastic for arcade stick and hitbox art
I got this to cut holes out of my arcade and hit box artwork. It works super well for perfect circles in paper and card. I'm really impressed with this. Would recommend if you need to cut perfect circles in thin card or paper.

Parts missing
It says it had a spring but came without, difficult to understand instructions. I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing product. No refund out of pocket. It is only good enough for the garbish bin.
