You will be very proud to finish one of them, to showcase your sewing skills.

I thought about buying this book for a few weeks prior to purchase. I thought these may be quilts that I would probably never make (I have been into making the quicker ones lately), but I have made "Y" seam quilts before and diamond stars before, and found them to not be all that difficult once you know the tricks of the trade. I finally ordered the book , and I was so happy I did. You don't have to be a "Y" seam expert to make many of these quilts. They are beautiful and there are a few antique quilts in this book also just for your viewing pleasure. The quilts run from "any level" to "advanced", and the instructions are clear and precise. There are step by step photos of many of the processes so you don't have to figure out in your mind's eye what the instructions mean. Template patterns are included along with "quick piecing" instructions to form half square triangles. There is also listed instructions if you want to make life a little easier and purchase the templates or even the applique pieces from Laundry Basket Quilts. I highly recommend this book to any quilter, there is one quilt as simple as a basic log cabin that is laid out in a star shape that any beginning quilter could accomplish. These are "wow" quilts, not simple , quick ones, but are they all difficult??? No, not at all! Highly recommended!

This book is amazing! Yes, it does have patterns that are available to purchase individually, but there are so many of the quilts in the book that I want to try, it is a great value to me. I don’t have to spend $10 or more for each one. The Star Upon Stars quilt is particularly gorgeous and I plan to start it soon.

Well written book of quilt patterns and pictures of antique quilters. While the patterns are well written, most are very complex and definitely for experienced quilters.

I love the quilt patterns in this book and will likely make several. The one thing that I don’t like is that some of the patterns need specialized tools that the writer of this book will happily sell you - for a fee, of course. But if you don’t care about that, do buy the book, as the quilts are truly gorgeous.

What is not to like, her books are beautiful! You will want to make everyone! I think I have all of her books!

This is a beautiful quilting book but you need to be very accurate with your cutting and pay attention to the details. Stunning quilts.
