if someone wants to know exactly what this item is about let me explain below as I have purchased this and am ready to give me experiment for the public. i certainly believe you may be looking for some helpful notes. This item is a flexible cutting board. what i mean to say by flexible is that this can be bend to pour into the pot or pan when you cut anything to cook. this is extremly amazing. the stricky colors and the big board. it is durable and will not move all over the place when i cut and prepare meals on them. they are easy to clean however the back has like a grid somewhat which is not as simple as the top. however i wont say it is yet hard. but not that easy as the top it is though a big board and for big family this is perfect. however when i travel i would like something small and compact this is missing from this amazing cutting board. however i find the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SF6RJBN/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=flexible+cutting+board">Flexible Cutting Board</a> which is really amazing because of its thin and small size. i have also used my Miracle veggie brush <a href="https://www.amazon.com/affordable/dp/B088KQFWQ1/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=vegetable+brush">Miracle Vegetable Brush</a> a lot which makes everything including this board a real miracle. as life is full of miracles. especially todays days when bacetria and insects can be all over the place i would get everything disinfected and cleaned prior working with food. said 1 Certified Board of education staff, the cleaner the person the cleaner the life the healthier you. that is definetly the # 1 Job today days with these world wide spread pandemic. so get those little gadgets and keep safe all the time.

Easy to use and store; very easy to clean. If need to have smaller pieces can be cut to whatever size you need. Can use different colors for chicken, pork or beef.

As described. One side is rough and keeps the sheet from slipping. There are icone to keep your meats separate from vegetables. They bend easily for scraping. And easy to clean. Colorful, so easy to see and create contrast with whatever you are chopping.

These need to be on a SOLID surface like a table or wooden block before use. Otherwise you're not going to get the kind of result you want from it. These have TWO SIDES. They are obviously different. The SMOOTH side always faces up, that is the working surface. It's smooth so it's easy to clean and things don't stick to it. The side with the CHECKER PATTERN is the bottom, it has more GRIP to hold the mat in place while you're using it, prevents it from sliding across the table on you. The bottom side is harder to clean because of the pockets in the middle of the checker squares. So don't use it as a working surface, try to always keep the bottom of the mat sitting on a CLEAN surface. In terms of durability, it's alright. Just bear in mind that it is soft plastic so it will take some serious wear over time. Might last you for a couple of years before it needs to be replaced, depending how much chopping and slicing you do. All in all, it's a pretty good cutting mat. Not perfect, but for the price... yeah I'd buy it again.

These are very long lasting and durable. BUT due to the fact they are plastic and the price is very reasonable we get new ones every 2 years. I do recommend and try to use them on top of a cutting board. We put them in the dishwasher without problem.

I am writing this ahead of receiving my items because I am not able to respond to other reviewers. I see a lot of negative feedback from people saying "these slide all over the counter." THESE ARE NOT CUTTING BOARDS, THESE ARE CUTTING BOARD MATS. You set them on a cutting board, like a wood one, to help keep the cutting board clean and unmarred. Plastic on heavily polished stone is not going to be non slip, and cutting shouldn't be done on surfaces as hard as stone. I've been using plastic cutting sheets on my nice wood cutting boards for years when working on meats, cheeses and highly fragrant vegetables to keep the funk out of my nice cutting surfaces. You should not give this product a negative review if it did not serve well as a cutting board because it is not a cutting board. End rant, I'll give my opinion of this CUTTING BOARD MAT once I've used them for a month or so. Edit: received mats. They have decent rubberized feel to the bottom and do not slip around when on my cutting board. I bought two packs to replace the cutting mats I have and I'm perfectly happy with the quality.

I like the size, flexible to toss cut up veggies into bowl! it grabbed the counter on the bottom so it didn’t move when I sliced carrots! Rinses off nice and stores easily cuz it’s so thin!

nice to have different colors . wash up great. I put mine in the dish washer, but it does warp them after a while so I wouldn't suggest it .

Ces 4 tapis de planche à d'écouper sont magnifiques. Produit souple mais mince qui semble tout de même assez résistant. Ça ne fait pas assez longtemps que je les ai pour prédire la durée mais j'adore. La grandeur est très bien, la souplesse aide à les vider et très facile à nettoyer. Et en + , ça tient bien en place pendant qu'on découpe...
