Dr Christopher's Formula Original Relax-Eze, 100 Count

This product was recommended to me by a lactation consultant after I started suffering from severe postpartum anxiety/depression which resulted in my having insomnia. I would seriously lie awake in bed having a panic attack that I would never be able to have a good night’s rest again. In hindsight, I probably should have gone on psychotropic drugs like lexapro, Zoloft, klonopin etc but I did not. I tried many natural remedies and Dr Christopher’s was the only one that really worked, putting my mind at ease and helping me to sleep. It worked better than CBD oil which costs 10 times more. But every medicine works differently for every body so you just have to try different things out. But for the low cost of this product, I think it’s worth a try for anyone! As a new mom, it’s normal to be sleep deprived and after so many sleepless nights, my nerves became wired not to sleep. But as others mentioned in the reviews, this really does repair nerves. For women suffering from PPD, I think it probably is better to try psychotropic meds instead of going the natural route like I did since I could have avoided a lot of unnecessary anxiety/depression. But this is worth a shot for milder cases in my opinion.

I recommend this for anyone for anxiety and stress as there are literally no side effects. Doesn't make you drowsy and doesn't give you brain fog. I take 2 before a stressful meeting or conference call and it works wonders! Great product and very inexpensive compared to alternatives.

In combination with Dr. Christopher’s “Mindtrac,” this supplement aids in marginally reducing feelings of panic, stress, and anxiety. Although it is not a cure-all, you may notice positive results in reduction of the aforementioned symptoms. For me, while I do feel somewhat calmer and less anxious, the primary result I have noticed is one of increased mental clarity and the ability to think through difficult situations rationally and less emotionally. It may not make you jumping for joy, but you might find yourself handling situations using a more mature frame of mind. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5, because it only improved my anxiety and stress somewhat, but more than anything I have noticed a marked improvement in calm decision-making.
