This is the same front rack the Hollandia includes on all their cruisers. It features a loading surface of 12" x 12", and can hold up to 30 pounds! it mounts to your handlebar stem and front wheel hub in such a way that it stays stationary while the front wheel turns.

Do not buy this or anything from this seller.
Not big enough to carry anything. Not very well made and the seller is unprofessional.
