I liked the product quality and prompt delivery.Strongly disliked the company's vague pitch about "helping orphans."Helping orphans is a great idea--I do a lot of it in my own charitable giving.But if that's part of the sales pitch for your company's product, then you need to give customers a lot more details to prove that it's all above-board. WHICH orphanages do you donate to? WHAT, exactly, do you give them? What percentage of your profits are you giving away? WHO audits all this, to make sure it actually happens?If a for-profit company wants to make its charitable work such a big part of its mission, that's great. But the way to do that is to set up a proper charitable foundation, with its own board of directors and audited financial statements, so that customers can actually see for themselves where the money goes. Just saying that you "give to orphans" is NOT enough--it's actually pretty suspicious.

Got this as a birthday gift for a friend. Contacted the seller with a question and they responded quickly and were very nice about helping me out and making sure it was perfect for my friend.I had a smaller than recommended image image, and the shirt still looked great...but it was a relatively simple block image of a flag so it worked out ok and gave a cool feel to it. That was 100% on me, I didn't have the time to resize properly. I was super impressed they made it look so good with my crummy image that was only half the minimum recommended size! If you're concerned about the picture on your shirt looking perfect, give the seller the best picture you can so their printing process can fully work its magic. Send both the clearest image you can get (in focus, not blurry) and make sure it is the right size image file.They have the suggested image size in the listing's photos and when you upload your picture after clicking checkout: for best results use AT LEAST 2500 x 3500px, minimum 1 MB size photo-- up to 7 MB accepted. Don't be ashamed to Google if you unsure what it all means and even use a KB to MB converter, I did to make sure I got it right. :) I am not sure if the seller can help you increase the size of the photo-- I didn't ask. You can do it with apps, or use Photoshop for the best results.I was really nervous to order a custom shirt, but did my research and this company had the best overall reviews and the shirt is exactly what I wanted! Great comfortable fabric, perfect size, impressive quality printing, and fantastic customer service. Best of all, my friend LOVES the shirt!Hope this review helps you...good luck with your shopping! Tshirts arrived quickly, seem to be great quality. Packaged beautifully in very nice flip open gift boxes. Most importantly, their service was great. There was a typo on one of my shirt captions, so I must have goofed entering it in. I noticed it when it arrived and they replaced it quickly, corrected, at no additional charge. Please note there is no final preview; you will not be able to check your submission after your first data entry field, so be sure to proof it when entering and before you hit submit. Also you can't view the caption or picture after submitting your order, it will just appear with a generic picture. So if you place multiple orders you won't be able to tell one from the other. Despite these restrictions, I was totally satisfied with my order and their service and would order from them again.

They fit well and looked great. Printed out exactly wanted we requested. They were delivered promptly and look sharp! Good quality. I would use them again in the future. Great job!

Any reviewer who said the graphics weren't up to par must not have followed directions as to how big the graphic should be. This t-shirt turned out fantastic. I made the background of the graphic black and it blends right in with the black of the t-shirt. Now, everyone wants one and I will have to start looking at ordering quantities from someone. In the meantime, for a single shirt designed exactly the way I wanted it, I couldn't have asked for a better job. Love it. I ordered a women's XL because some reviewers were saying it was too tight or too small and to order a size or two up. Normally, I wear a medium or large and I like a loose t-shirt so I would order a L. Instead, I ordered an XL and this is very loose. I could have gotten away with a large. It's fine, though. Oh, and it came very quickly, maybe four or five days.

I bought this shirt for both my father and father in law for Father's Day. Both shirts ran way too small for either of them to wear. I didn't attempt to return as these are custom shirts and didn't think I would be able to. Can't speak as to return process as I'm past my window and didn't realize I could return. My dad didn't want another one (my mom will just wear the shirt) but my father-in-law did. I had ordered an XL for my father-in-law (his size in all other shirts we have bought him) and he asked me to get him two sizes up. So I just signed on to order him the bigger size and unfortunately, size only goes up to XXL. If you are able to get the proper size, the shirt itself is super cute and came out great.

After big brother (Amazon) sensored my first review, I owe it to Arokan to repost. Over the last several month I've lost faith in ordering from Amazon because when you order on they Prime it still takes 5 to 6 days to get you product. So...having said that, I fully expected my custom T shirt to take a while, after all it's a custome t shirt. They got it to me in like 3 days, and in a really nice box and the shirt looked great. Now that I Know about Arokan, I will be ordering from them again!!!!
