iolo - System Mechanic, Fix & Speed Up Your PC Automatically With Award Winning Software Solution

I used this product on my main pc. while using it i found some things that i like and a few i didnt like: Like: 1. I like that it takes the work out of having to go through all of the settings to clear junk files and temporary files which in turn frees up your pc's memory. 2.Very fast to run a scan on your pc and to remove the old files is just quick and painless. 3. It is very simple just a few simple clicks on big plain text buttons so no need to have alot of knowledge on computer software so almost any one with the basic understanding on running a simple program can use it. Con: 1. it does not show you exsactly what it will erase other than simple text saying is temporary files and but so far i have not found any missing important files that i have saved so i feel safe to delete what ever files it deemes necessary for removal 2. only major con i did not like it comes in a regular 5x7x1 inch box with just a card inside with an activation code maybe just do the transaction with an email with the code to save time on shipping but other than that it is very useful software to keep your pc running fast.

I bought this tune-up software for my two computers. The laptop computer had some essential files removed when I started the program. The computer would no longer boot. Upon a trip to Best Buy, the Advanced Technician found that some files been deleted files had the computer had to be formatted, windows 10 reinstalled and all personal files and software were lost. This repair costed me over $200!! Now that the laptop runs fine! The tune-up software updated to the correct version on my desktop, but not my laptop. That automatic feature of the tune-up software did not work! Look at the expensive damage it did!!

I have use Iolo products in the past. I find it easy to do. The only thing I did not like when I ordered. I am old school and I wanted a discount not just a code to get into the product. That's why I gave it 4 stars. On Amazon it states "disc" but no disc.

Was hard to find site to load system. Site that was on card did not work. Took some time to find info need to load system

Absolutely a great tool. It doesn't interfere with my Norton 360 or my Windows Defender. It does a great job in locating problems and fixing them. It's extremely easy to use and understand. I don't think I could live without it. I would sincerely recommend this to my family and friends.

All kinds of problems getting this going because Iolo didn't really want to recognize the purchase from Amazon. After going a few rounds with them, I returned this and subscribed to Fortech. A superior choice both technically and customer service.

I downloaded the program and went throught the setup. It asked if I had activation code or was just trying before buying. I had bought it and had activation code, but it didn't have anywhere to put it in. So I called them for assistance, bad mistake. She was foreign accent, hard to understand, then she tried to sell me other features, one of $300 and another to save my files for $600!! I just wanted system mechanic and help installing it. Over an hour on the telephone.

I had to remember to take out the cd after installing it before I restarted computer. My computer had been a mess so it took hrs for it to optimize the hard drive so I left it on overnight and darn if Windows update didn't happen to download the latest updates at the same time and it restarted my computer so I had to start all over again. However once it finally optimized the hard drive and I understood how to use the features and got it going the computer is now running much smoother and I don't have to buy a new computer. I think it is a super product.

Dans mon cas sa fonctionne très bien sur tous mes ordis et laptop. Un peu difficile pour l'installation par contre un peu de patience et de compréhension...
