I am hypersensitive to ground wasps and white faced hornets which annually peak in August here in Maryland, and then die off except for over-wintering queens, even if one does nothing. Ecologically, wasps are valuable creatures. However, with this stuff, I can safely, cheaply, and without protective gear, eliminate colonies that are close to the house and life-threatening for me, with a focal insecticide application. For ground wasps, it sometimes takes two or three applications to kill them all. Hornet nests are no challenge unless twenty feet up in which case I let them be. This year, I had to use only half a bottle to eliminate two dangerous nests. Please note that protective gear are available, as well as antihistamines and injectible epinephrine.

Raid Wasp & Hornet Spray is quite effective with dependable results. I have a life-threatening allergy to those stings, so important to have strong, reliable spray to minimize their making nests around my home. I periodically lightly spray the eaves and exterior window corners to prevent nests getting started, rather than waiting so fewer dead insects. Works the same with mud-daubers too.The Review System asked for ratings on Thickness and on Warmth -- have no idea how those apply to wasp spray.

I have purchased this brand for years but it seems there isn't as much product in cans now; it took all 3 cans for one treatment on exterior of my home when it used to take one can. It doesn't reach the top if eaves of my single story home so I have to get a ladder out; not easy for this 70 year old woman!

I have a problem with wasps in autumn coming into my house and trying to build nests inside my siding . This stuff takes care of them very quickly and I keep an abundant supply on hand for spring, also... the only gripe I have is that the cans don't hold much and I have to buy several to take care of the wasps. The spray reaches a long way though; I wouldn't be without it!

I keep a can of this spray on my back deck and spray wasps with it. I do not spray them if they are on the chair, table, toys, or anything we may be touching soon. It kills bugs, it's toxic, it smells, but It Works. My local store was out otherwise I would not buy it online, it's much cheaper to purchase in store ( dollar general, walmart, target) make sure it's Wasp Hornet Killer,the " flying insect" spray is really just for flys

The only wasp spray I use! We have many different wasps and hornets here in south Louisiana, and this stuff knocks them all down instantly! Good stream and great knockdown power.
