Lasted over 3years for everyday work boots.
Amazing quality. Makes work boots comfortable for walking in. Originally brought in 2020 I'm having to consider to replace them now in 2023. I have to wear steal toe boots for work and walk over 12k steps a day on 10+ hour shifts. I've had them in my boots every day. I've gone through 5 boots over the years and now I'm about to start on my 6th set of boots, I thought I better get a new set of insoles. If I didn't need new boots I would have continued to use the insoles as they are only just starting to fall apart. But are still making the boots very comfy and not hurting my feet at all.

Best for standing up for long periods
I bought these to put in a pair of hiking boots, I initially bought superfeet at 6x the price and they were badly made and uncomfortable.These just hit the spot. They're not full size so work with your standard shoe insoles and beef up the support on your heel and arch. Spongy support for the heel.I can definitely feel the difference. I can be on my feet for 8-12 hours without much sitting down - and these work a treat to keep most foot pain away.

The correct method of reducing pronation is to reduce lateral movement of the calcanius (heel bone). This reduces foot extension. I used to make footbeds for ski boots and other footwear. These may help with minor foot issues, but I seriously doubt that they would reduce pronation which is the primary reason for arch collapse/ extension and therefore discomfort. Just my view.

Really good quality. Just as comfortable and seems to last longer than the brand I used to buy with was three times the price. Perfect for my plantar faciitus.

Awful avoid!
I hadn’t realised this item was a three quarter sole but that doesn’t change how poor this item is. Doesn’t stay in place and is constantly sliding down into the shoe so need pulling out and the fixing every time the shoe is used. Tried using it under the old sole and again slides down so utterly useless and extremely annoying. Used for a short period and then lost my patience with the constant fixing.

Place the Impactor on top of existing shoe insoles, pushing it to the back of the shoe. No trimming required. Hand washable in warm water. Dry away from direct heat.
